2.1. Registration: Course registration is completed upon full payment of the course fee, unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Payment: All payments must be made in full before the start of the course unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.
2.3. Prices: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
3.1. Course Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.
3.2. Course Cancellation by ArtisanSpace: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
3.3. Missed Classes: No refunds will be provided for missed classes. However, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants who miss classes due to illness or emergency.
4.1. Course Materials: All course materials, including handouts, presentations, and videos, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for the personal use of participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission from ArtisanSpace Bangladesh.
4.2. Student Work: Students retain the intellectual property rights to original artwork and creations made during courses. However, by enrolling in our courses, students grant ArtisanSpace Bangladesh permission to photograph and use images of their work for promotional and educational purposes.
5.1. Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during all classes, workshops, and events. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
5.2. Equipment and Facilities: Participants must use equipment and facilities with care and follow all safety instructions. Any damage caused by negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement.
6.1. ArtisanSpace Bangladesh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, participation in courses, or inability to use our services.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings while on our premises. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7.1. Participants are required to disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect their participation in courses, particularly those involving physical activities or materials that may cause allergic reactions.
7.2. ArtisanSpace Bangladesh reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe a course may pose a health or safety risk to the individual or others.
8.1. Content: The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its content.
8.2. Links to Third-Party Websites: Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
